Location & Parking

Lake Roto Kohatu is out near Christchurch airport.
Parking for the event will be on Lakeside Pl, Outlook Pl, Lakes Way and Greywacke Rd. Greywacke Rd is accessed from either Sawyers Arms Rd or the Northern motorway. You will then be required to walk through the reserve at the end of Lakes Way and through the gate which is approximately 50m from the Start / Finish Line.

Course Description

A mix of mostly roads (tar seal and gravel) with a few trails through some grassy areas. A few undulations are included each lap to add to the fun.

Road shoes will be fine.

Please do not have dogs around the start/finish area and keep them on a lead around the course.

Adult Teams (16+)

4 legs of 5.0 km ( 2 laps)

Under 16

4 legs of 2.5km ( 1 lap)

Mixed Whanau teams (minimum of 1 adult 16+ and 1 child U16)

4 legs of 2.5km (1 lap)

Food & Amenities

Delicious food and drink is available for purchase.

There are toilets nearby.

Start

Any team changes to be handed into the control desk by 12:00pm on race day for the adult relay and 2:00pm for the U16 relay.
