Course details

We will be again using the Landfill Road for 2023. The laps will either be 1km, 2km or, in the case of the men's race 2.5km with a turnaround as denoted in the map. The course is fully certified.  It is a flat road course, so an ideal speed course.

  • Masters Women 35-49,  50-64,  65-79  & 80+   5km

  • Non-Championship Open Women 5km

Parking

There will be signs directing you to the parking area as you head towards the main entrance to Bottle Lake Forest Park.

It will take you about 5 minutes to walk to the start.

Amenities

There are toilets available over by the Start/Finish Area and in the Bottle Lake main car park.

No Dogs

Please keep dogs away from the race event area
