Runners will be allocated a time to be in the pre-start area where they will be given their finger timers and instruction on how to use them.

At timed intervals (possibly 30 seconds) runners in different grades will be set off. Runners will then run their respective laps (1, 2 or 3) and finish by inserting their finger timer in the finishing box if they are in the Junior event or for those in adult grades by simply completing their laps.

Live finishing times will be posted as people download their data - will those who start early hold off the later runners?

Due to the nature of the event there will be no
on-the-day entries.
